Tickets will be mailed out unless customer indicates "Hold at Will Call" on order form.

A $1.50 per ticket and $5 maximum processing fee is charged for each mail or fax order. All orders must be accompanied with an AMEX/VISA/MC number or check. For discount tickets, please include a copy of membership card or student/senior ID with order.

Daytime box office ticket sales for all PFA programs are at the Berkeley Art Museum Admissions Desk, Bancroft entrance. Hours are weekdays 11AM to 5PM. Evening and weekend box office ticket sales are at the PFA Theater which opens one hour before the first film of the day and closes 20 minutes after the start of the last film. Tickets may be purchased in advance or on the day of the film with cash, ATM, personal check or AMEX/VISA/MC/DISCOVER. Tickets may also be charged by phone up to 24 hours before the program for pick up at Will Call. This charge-by-phone service is free to PFA and Center members and UCB students; all others pay a $1.00 per ticket service charge. Hours of the charge-by-phone service are weekdays 11AM to 5PM, and weekends and evenings during theater box office hours.

There is no processing fee for purchases at the Kabuki Festival Box Office.
