Unless otherwise specified, airline and flight itineraries are to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners and travel companions must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable ticket or airport taxes & fuel surcharges that may be required at the time of ticket issuance. Taxes will be advised prior to ticket issuance. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, accommodations, meals, ground transportation, transportation to port cities, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companions must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If a winner is a minor in his/her state/province of residence, the travel companion must be the winners parent or legal guardian. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winners and travel companions are responsible for obtaining identification documents necessary for travel from U.S. and Canada to destination. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Odds of winning a contest prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person. No cash equivalent and prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
