The Camera Cinemas has been the Festival venue in San Jose since 2001. Through its commitment to exhibiting the best in independent film, the Camera makes an important contribution to the vibrant arts scene in the South Bay. Note: Camera 12 Cinemas is the location for both Camera Cinemas 10 and Camera Cinemas 12.

Parking

Park FREE (no validation needed) in the four lots listed below from 6:00am-6:00pm Sat-Sun and holidays. Motorists will now find $2 flat-rate parking at these lots after 6:00pm seven days a week. However, free 3-1/2 hour validations - given with paid admission - are accepted at all of these locations every day after 11:30am.

The four free or validated parking areas for Camera 12 patrons are:

  • The city-owned garage on E. San Carlos, between S. Second and S. Third (entrances on both S. Second and S. Third sides).
  • The surface lot on E. San Fernando between S. First and S. Second (entrance on E. San Fernando).
  • The surface lot on the north side of San Jose Repertory Theater (200 S. Second, directly across street from Camera 12) between S. Second and S. Third (entrance on S. Third).
  • The underground Pavilion garage on S. Second between E. San Fernando and El Paseo de San Antonio, on north side of Camera 12 (entrance on S. Second).
