The Festival Forum offers a day of activities that will allow you to experience SFIAAFF in a whole new way. Enjoy a variety of public programs in the Japantown Peace Plaza on Saturday, March 15, then share your experiences online instantly at an interactive booth outfitted with computers and webcams. The Cherry Blossom Festival’s Press Preview Day will also be presented in conjunction with the Festival Forum, offering a variety of performances.
Programs includes:
- Cherry Blossom Festival Press Preview, including performances by the San Francisco Taiko Dojo, Shimaoka Koto Group and Nishikawa Dance Group, plus an appearance by the 2008 Cherry Blossom Queen Candidates.
- Live Music Performances by:

Odessa Chen
Seriously
The Autonomous Region - Dance Performances from Decadance; plus Julia Graham, sisterzunderground, and Joti Singh presented by Asian American Dance Performances.
- Challenge C-Dub to a Ping Pong Showdown.
